Dr. Bohn is a renowned Clinical professor of Psychiatry at UCLA with a specialization in the treatment of anxiety and human cognitive behavior. Dr. Bohn has expertise in a variety of sleep-inducing, relaxation and anxiety-reducing remedies and plays an integral part of the development of CareWay’s optimized bioavailability mechanisms.
He currently serves as President of the Southern California Psychiatric Association, he’s the Associate Director of UCLA anxiety disorders clinic, he serves on the Board of Directors at The Psychiatric Clinical Faculty Association at UCLA, and is a Distinguished Fellow by the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Bohn’s research involves the treatment of Social Phobia with Levetiracetam, Fluoxitine and Olanzapine in the treatment of treatment-resistant depression, Sigma opioid receptor agonist in the treatment of depression and Lamotrigine in the treatment of bipolar depression amongst many others.
Dr. Bohn Received his B.A. with High Honors in Pharmacology from UCSB before getting his M.D. from UCI. He performed residency training at UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Institute and thereafter he received his Psy.D. from the Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis.
